Leadership - Steve Mosley

Steve Mosley is an Adjunct Instructor and Senior Faculty Member of Enterprising Securities based in San Antonio , TX . He has over 20 years of combined law enforcement and specialized security experience.  Mr. Mosley's responsibilities include educational programs involving antiterrorism, surveillance detection and security, use-of-force, administration, support and logistics.

Operating in his current position within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Mr. Mosley has traveled extensively to over 25 different countries, conducted training courses and worked alongside many of the elite counter-terrorism units throughout the world.  Prior to joining the federal government, Mr. Mosley served 5 years with the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department in Lawrenceville , Georgia .  During this time, he held the management positions of Training Director, Operations Captain and Special Emergency Response Team Commander.  He also served an additional 10 years in corrections field and law enforcement capacities throughout the states of Georgia and Florida .

A graduate of the top shooting and firearms schools in the USA including: Thunder Ranch, Heckler & Koch, Smith & Wesson, Offshoots, Rogers Shooting School , Glock, FLETC, FBI and NRA. Mr. Mosley has been actively involved in firearms, tactical operations, crime prevention and defensive tactics for his entire career. 

Mr. Mosley is a certified Georgia P.O.S.T. Senior Instructor, Firearms Instructor and Defensive Tactics Instructor. He has also been certified by the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) as a Law Enforcement, Arrest & Control/Defensive Tactics and Firearms Instructor. Mr. Mosley is also a PPCT Instructor-Trainer in Defensive Tactics, Tactical CQC, Aircraft Countermeasures, Ground Avoidance & Ground Escape (GAGE) and Spontaneous Knife Defense.  He holds a first-degree black belt in Chinese Kenpo Karate and Filipino Kali. He is an Apprentice Instructor under Sifu Paul Vunak's Progressive Fighting Systems and Associate Instructor under Sifu Billy Jack Rucks' One Source Progressive Fighting and an Apprentice Instructor in Filipino Martial Arts & Jun Fan Gung Fu under Guro Dan Inosanto. 

Mr. Mosley currently serves as the Training Director for the Georgia Tactical Officers Association (GTOA) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice.
