Frank Sulzer, CPP is an Adjunct Instructor and Senior Faculty Member for Enterprising Securities, based in San Antonio , TX . Since 2006 , Mr. Sulzer's responsibilities have included: business development and implementation of advanced level educational programs, expert witness and security consultation.
With more than 20 years of experience in the corporate security industry, Mr. Sulzer graduated Cum Laude from California State University . A second generation security professional, Mr. Sulzer was raised in the risk management industry and held his first security position at age 18. He has been responsible for a wide spectrum of security functions including: guard force management, risk and vulnerability assessments, business continuity planning and sensitive investigations for high ranking electronics manufacturers, petrol chemical companies, medical facilities and aviation entities. Mr. Sulzer works with federal, state and local agencies to mitigate clients' risks and provide sound asset protection programs.
Working with both the public and private sectors, Mr. Sulzer has designed and executed learning and development programs to facilitate client specific needs and training requirements. His training accomplishments include: CPP Review Program, Protection of Assets, Workplace Violence, Sexual Harassment, Disaster Management and Incident Control. He has been sought out as a speaker for local, regional and national events and has provided training on the individual and group level.
Mr. Sulzer is an officer in Sulzer Enterprises, established in 1980 specializing in litigation consulting for premise liability cases involving all aspects of physical security. In addition, Sulzer Enterprises conducts sensitive investigations along with security vulnerability and risk assessments.
Mr. Sulzer is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and an active member and chapter chairman of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) International. He is also an associate member of Certified Fraud Examiners, member of International Association for Healthcare Safety and Security, member of the American College of Forensic Examiners International and member of the National Classification Management Society, Inc.
