Steve Sobczyk, J.D. is the Legal Advisor and Senior Faculty Member for Enterprising Securities, based in San Antonio , TX .

Under his leadership , Mr. Sobczyk is responsible for all legal matters concerning new client contracts, licensing and compliance, development and management of guidelines, liability and risk programs for the benefit of our corporate and governmental clients, worldwide. His educational responsibilities include programs involving use-of-force, U.S. Homeland Security guidelines, interpretation of concealed carry laws, support, administration and logistics.
