Glenn Mattis is the Director of Human Resources and Senior Faculty Member for Enterprising Securities, based in San Antonio , TX . Under his leadership , Mr. Mattis is responsible for development and management of Human Resources, Safety programs and services delivered to corporate and governmental clients, worldwide. This includes background screening, assessments of emerging industry trends, corporate ethics and compliance, and customer service related to security education.

An expert on protective operations , Mr. Mattis has over 20 years of professional experience in spearheading the “Cradle to Grave” concepts of executive protection involving: counterintelligence , anti-kidnapping, child abduction, human dynamics, emergency/crisis management and antiterrorism. Internationally recognized as one of the Top Protection Educators in the world by numerous government agency personnel and corporate think tanks, Mr. Mattis is called upon to evaluate current executive protection operations and provide risk management solutions. He is a Senior Instructor in the Executive and Close Protection ® Program and ChildSecure ® .

Prior to joining Enterprising Securities in 1997, Mr. Mattis was the Director of Operations for The Anderson Agency, Inc. where he conducted corporate investigations across the spectrum including: due diligence, missing persons, insurance fraud, identity theft, misappropriation of company assets and domestic disputes. He is well versed in all surveillance detection and counter-surveillance techniques, undercover assignments, and interviewing. He has also served as a Security Consultant to prominent social and business leaders.

Mr. Mattis was the senior executive protection instructor for an elite cadre of law enforcement and military security personnel in preparation for the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta , GA. He has been a Certified Instructor for IAPPA-Sponsored Programs and Lead Protective Services Instructor for a recognized Executive Protection Academy . He has Trained and Certified several hundred individuals and his programs have been Accredited and P.O.S.T. Certified for Police Agencies .

An Adjunct Professor and Guest Speaker at universities and training academies, Mr. Mattis teaches courses on abnormal/criminal psychology, lethal/non-lethal weapons, undercover investigations, executive protection and surveillance techniques. He supports the training function for the licensing of new private investigators and maintains professional certifications.

A charitable individual, Mr. Mattis has been a supporter to his communities and law enforcement from providing Pro-Bono investigations and security assistance to disadvantaged persons and protective services for victims of all ages. He maintains professional memberships and has served in various leadership capacities. As an advocate of continuing education, Mr. Mattis has a formidable reputation for providing the latest cutting edge concepts in educational systems for at-risk environments and acting within strong quality assurance guidelines. Mr. Mattis heads up the Protective Studies Group – analyzing the latest events and trends that affect the investigative/intelligence aspect of the executive protection industry.
